Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA)

We complete Functional Capacity Assessments that provide clear, NDIS-ready reports describing a person’s strengths, needs and support requirements across daily life. We use a mix of formal tools, observation and interviews to understand how someone manages at home, school, work and in the community. The final report includes practical recommendations to guide NDIS planning, reviews and support teams.

Executive functioning & daily living skills

We support young people to develop the planning, organisation and problem-solving skills needed for everyday life. This may include routines, time management, task initiation, self-care, home responsibilities and study skills. Strategies are practical, easy to use and tailored to the person’s environment, helping them feel more capable and in control.

School readiness & transition planning

We help children and teens prepare for key transitions such as starting school, moving to high school or stepping into post-school pathways. We focus on building the skills, confidence and supports needed for a smoother transition – from classroom participation and routines to communication with teachers and support staff. We work closely with families and schools to create a coordinated plan.

Social, emotional & sensory regulation support

We work alongside young people to understand their emotions, sensory preferences and stress triggers, and to develop supportive strategies. This might include co-regulation tools, sensory-informed calming strategies, and ways to communicate needs more confidently. Our aim is to create environments and routines that feel safer, more predictable and more comfortable.

Parent coaching and NDIS guidance
